Advice on cooling my machine. Water or air cooled?
I am building my machine. So far I have two computers in one case. Both mother boards are using the AMD Phenom X4 9950 Quad Core Processor, both have 8 gigs of ram each running on Vista Ulimate 64 bit, and a total of 3 video cards (2 on one, 1 on the other) and 6 hard drives. The case is my own personal creation, so space and room isn't a problem. My case is based on this

but not exactly like that. I'm trying to figure out the best way to cool it. My plan was to make holes for 10 120mm fans and 6 80mm fans for both intake and exhaust. I have no experience with watercooled systems, I never used them before. Just looking for some input really, which method works better. thanks.
well I think I got my answer. Thanks for your help
On a rig like that you shouldn't run water unless you have some experience with using water. Just run a couple Zalman 9700s. I clock my E8500 over 4 and run it at 3.8 24/7 on exotic air. Waters a pain. If you wanna run water heres the best kit out--basically a custom setup with the parts picked out for you--Use two kits-one per cpu-9950s run hot. One of the reviewers says he runs a 9850BE clocked at 3 Ghz and idles at 32 and does 43 under load. With a 9950 you'll run hotter of course.
