Could I run games very well with this computer?

Processor: Intel i7 920 2.66GHz
Ram: 4gb OCZ Fatal1ty Edition DDR3 1333MHz
Hard Drive: 300GB Cheetah 15K.6 SAS
PSU: A-Power 850w ATX SATA PCIe SLI
im spending about $1200 on this, and what does bottleneck mean? im kinda new to the computer building thing...
im so used to low end crap i dont really know how well good stuff works, i have never in my life seen a custom computer.
well i havn't gotten the parts yet, i am waiting for them
i spent about $180 on the hard drive, $160 on the video card, and about $400 total on the motherboard and cpu
Yea, I'd say that'd fairly get the job done for just about any game you'd want to run
