Creative Sound Blaster Live driver trouble. How do I get the driver out of my computer so it wont be found.?
I uninstall this defective driver but it gets put right back when I run the install new hardware wizard. I want to get it out so I can download and install a fresh one.
try getting new replacement from online, then find old backups, and replace those with new one, so when wizard runs, it finds new version, search for name of file, should be found in system or sub folder, drivers/ driver cache/ check device manager for list of drivers related, drv ,dll and sys type files, if its in a cab file that could be tricky, if not ,ok, also check registry if needed,
