My pc has anti virus and working it perfectly but all of sudden while working pc comes to stand still curser doesnot move nothing works.i have to restart the pc.I opened the cpu and blown air with blower in case of dust but still its happeneing what do i do ?anything at home i can do with out taking it to some shop for repairs can you suggest me some site from where i can get some knowledge about pc hardware......please help i would be grateful
And run a full scan with both your anti-spyware and anti-virus software.
While in safe mode, you may also want to have a look at your start up items by using msconfig.
Be careful with the items you uncheck, you can have a look here to see if they are necessary
You should also have a look at your IE Add-ons while in safe mode.
Disable any you do not use.
After you reboot back to normal mode, download and install ccleaner to fix any registry problems.
