When I turn it on, blue LED on the fan come on and the CPU fna turns a tiny bit and stops. Same thing happens when I turn off the power supply switch.
I figured my question is pretty confusing. Here is what happens when I turn on the computer: case fan run, there is power to the HDD, DVD drive. The CPU fan LED comes one for a second; the fan turns a tiny bit. The screen is blank. So is it a bad CPU? MB?something else?
your computer is working still or not? if its working then you need to chage or grese the fan thats it it became a jam due to dust an all. but if your computer is not starting and not having any thing in screen and moniter also have a orange light then you need to talk your admin by whom you purchase this system. becuase it may be error of mother board. it may be error of proccecor too. but if your computer is starting and keeps beeep sound then you need to clean ram and fix again.
