i am planning to increase the air flow and the cool air intake inside my case by placing it in the bottom part of the bezel.....err.....front panel of the case.......so i was wondering which would be better in terms of noise levels, air flow, air pressure and maybe effect on psu
btw i already have two 80mm fans at the back as exhaust and two at the side as intake(dedicated cooling of cpu with hsf and gpu) .....and one 120mm fan on the front........yet the case temp is 60*C+!

It's mostly a noise issue. 120mm fans, in general, are quieter than 80mm fans. A pair of 80s will only compound the noise. A high powered, slightly noisy 120 could generate as much air flow as 2 80s, but I imagine that the 120 will be more efficient at lower speeds (if you have a fan controller) than 80s at lower speed (since smaller fans generally rely solely on high RPMs to generate air flow).
In regards to the type of noise, I've found the noise from a high powered 120mm fan to be more tolerable than comparable 80mm fans. 80mm fans have higher RPMs, and therefore the sound they generate is higher pitched, almost like a whine. This makes them more noticeable to human hearing. The lower pitched 120s are easier on the ears (almost like a slight breeze - closer to a rumble than a whine) and your body will learn to ignore it faster.
I seriously doubt your problem is air flow, though. 60C idle is much too high to be an airflow problem, considering you already have 5 or 6 fans exhausting and intaking air. If it's 60C load, then you do not have as much to worry about. 60C load is a little on the high side, but not cataclysmic for your PC.
Are you overclocking anything heavily? If so, that could be the culprit of the high temps.
An improperly seated (stock?) CPU cooler, dried up thermal paste, or a complete lack of thermal paste (I've seen it before) could cause temps to skyrocket.
OC'ed GPUs with stock coolers also cause temps to rise. Passive cooling also causes temps to rise a bit, though I doubt that with 5 case fans already, you have/want any passive cooling.
If anything is OC'ed, back it off a bit. I'm sure 100MHz here or there couldn't hurt you too much.
If nothing is OC'ed, you could try undervolting your CPU to bring temps down a bit. Undervolting my Phenom II 555 from 1.4v to 1.28v brought temps down 4C.
