Does PCI work with ExpressCard?
I am awaiting my Dell purchase, and i want to buy a T.V tuner/ capture card (PCI) for it. The brand is ATI.
Im also wondering if my Dell Inspiron 1501 has which? ExpressCard or PCI port? I want to watch some T.V on it, as I do not hvae a television in my bedroom, and i want to play some video games (record also) to put on youtube. Thanks for your help.
it is a PCIe slot and unfortunately it does not work with the older style pcmcia cards. They have a narrower form factor and a smaller connector. From the looks of your laptop's owners manual you only have PCIe slots...sorry.
