i am going to make my first pc from scratch and i would like a check list. If you could provide either links or names of the product and product number that would be a help.

4gb ram capability to go to 8 ram or more
Decent sound card
lots of available pci/pci-e slots
Graphics card 8600 or better can be either ati or nvidia
crossfire or sli ready
and have the new 12v rail
And as a bonus have the water cooling fans
wireless card able for heavy internet usage
many usb slots
If your wondering why i need these specs its because ive been offered a job as a games tester/analyser and i need a powerful pc to find bugs in games.
Theyve alocated 6k British currency for pc to be built, so anywhere around that price for the pc built will be ok

You can get 3 Nvidia 8800 Ultras for 1800USD, Evga 780i for 250USD with Intel qx9650 for 1,059.99USD. 4gb of Corsair dominator ddr2 for 200USD get 5 WD raptors 150gb for 150 each which is 750USD then get a case thermaltake cooler master stacker which is 160USD and then get an abs tagan 1300 Watt PSU for 450USD and then X-fi Fatality Soundcard for 140USD and the monitor go for 2 30 inch Dell Ultrasharps for 2,000 each. Total: 8,810 which could still be more but there! Oh and mous logitech G5 and keyboard g15 for 200 both and OS Vista ultimate? 299USD Real total:9,308 USD!
