i bought this phone from a dicksmith store at ballina (nsw) around 3d march this year. i am quite confident the fault is not a physical damage, i am sure the technicians can make it out once they see my phone,the slide phones do offer screen problems due to their nature this i know from past experience. with this one the screen is unclear and blurry, sometimes it gows compleately blank, other times i am forced to use it with vertical white lines covering everywhere. however the receipt i had was with me even till date, yet the printing of the things on it were not waterproof , this i found out when my wallet got wet.and so the proof of purchase was completely washed out, yet under grave need im hoping my credit card usage history can prove its validity of purchase. anyway i really cant afford a new phone and really need some assistance. thankyou.
Anyway you have to go to a store and get it fixed. Should be much cheaper than a new phone.
You can't use it, and maybe they find out by the number of the phone when it was sold.
