building first computer. are their any cables or anything else i need to make this work or does it all come in the packages?
using old dvd and hard drive. if windows is on the old hard drive will it work on this build?

First why are you getting a high-end cpu but a low-end video card? If 3d gaming, you're not going to like the results. And why are you getting a high-end cpu with a low-end motherboard? And why get a usb pci card since the motherboard has one built-in already?
