Will My CPU Cooler Work like this?
I just installed a cpu cooler on my intel i7 chip, on a x58 motherboard, is it facing the wrong way? the fan faces the RAM, and i really dont want to have to take it apart and re apply the cpu cooler.

Hi There,
I assume the heat from the CPU cooler is being blown onto the RAM sticks.
If it were me I would have faced the fan to blow the other way (into the empty space).
But at this point I would recommend trying everything to see how it works.
You can download, install and run PC Wizard and check the temps on your components to make sure they are within limits.
If you have weird problems, crashes or heat problems with your system then you will need to change the fan direction.
