i dont want my xbox 360 to overheat again because i play it for awhile at a time. even tho its in an open enviroment. i bought a 120mm fan (with flashing LEDs) that has a 4 pin connector on it. i dont want to hook it up to the power cable, because it will draw power from the console (bad). also intercoolers void warranty and dont work. is there an adapter so i could plug it into a wall outlet? could i make one? or should i use a rechargable 9 volt battery? is there an adapter for that too? thanks. heres the fan.

you can try the 9 volt battery thing just connect the positive to the positive and negative to the negative but you would have to find away/ build something to hold everything in place/to keep the batterys and wires in place
