we have an air cooled air blower,cap-600 m3/hr.it is getting red hot within 30 min running,we had checked all connected line all are clear,oil level is maintained.
Many electric motors will become too hot to handle, but still may be within the allowable operating temperature. A built-in safety switch should open to stop the motor if it is indeed too hot for the design.
Fans, blowers and compressors all produce heat of compression. The higher the pressure developed, the more the air temperature will rise in the air moving device. Since this is a blower, you could be developing 40-60 inches of water pressure and so a temperature rise of around 20-30 deg F might be expected. However , this should occur soon after starting. Again, this is not "red hot". The temperature rise should be about 0.5 F deg per inch of water pressure.
This would be 13-15 F deg per pound (psi) of pressure developed.
