I have gotten most of it off, however, my issue is removing the area near the back jacks. Most if it snaps directly of but it seems to be stuck near the rear of the laptop.

EDIT: there are no screws left. i took every single one out. any other suggestions?
I am pretty sure you are referring to the bottom plastics to take out the motherboard. If you are referring to another part please let me know.

If all of the screws are out, then you will need to sometimes remove the Hex Nuts/Screws that are used to anchor the VGA/Serial cables etc. These connections are located at the back of the board. Once these screws/nuts are removed the motherboard should come right out. If the motherboard will still not come out, then the next step is to make sure you have completely removed everything (device/drives etc) from the system.
