What are normal temperatures for a desktop CPU?

I'm overclocking my AMD Athlon II x4 630 from 2.8GHz to 3.15GHz. I'm using the stock cooling and I know it's a bad idea, but my casing has 3 120mm fans, which I am hoping will compensate. I ran a stress test for a few minutes and it didn't go above 47C. Idle it's running at 24-25C. I'm just wondering what is normal. I want to get this to at least 3.4GHz.

Also, my memory is DDR2 1066MHz, but I have to set the timings and voltage manually (5-5-5-15 @2.2-2.3v). When I did this, it made my CPU overclocking unstable (any overclocking). At default, it runs at 800MHz. How would I get my memory running at 1066MHz with the CPU overclocking? Right now, apparently, it is running at 900MHz with 5-5-5-18 timings with the 3.15GHz OC.

47C load is fine.
Stock cooling is fine too, just don't mess with the CPU voltage.

These days if you're stress testing and your temp doesn't exceed ~60C under max/full load for at least an hour then you're good to go.
