My CPU heat sink (Arctic cooling 7) has an exhaust fan instead of an intake fan?
does anyone know why AC would do this?
All of the CPU fans/heatsinks (including stock ones) that I've worked with have intake fans
the heatsink on the cpu attracts all the heat, and the exhaust fan blows it all out, this is the same with many laptops... generally you have a intake fan on the case instead
