Is my new pc a good gaming machine???
Hi everyone.
Can someone tell me if this pc I just put together is going to be good at playing modern games and future ones such as Crysis and Project origin???
These are the charecteristics of the pc:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2,66GHz LGA775-1333FSB
GPU: ASUS EN8600GTS/HTDP 256MB PCI-E (2GHz memory clock) RAMDAC Dual 400MHz
RAM (2GB): 2xTwinMos 001-800 TWI CL5 1GB PC6400 (800Mhz)
Motherboard: ASUS P5KC
Sound Card: Creative Labs Soundblaster 5.1 live
Hard Drive: 280GB (total)
Windows XP Professional

Its a good system. If you have an extra $100 around consider the using the 8800GTS, 76% faster than the 8600GTS
Also consider the Core 2 Quad Q6600, 63% faster and $105 more than the E6750.
Also make sure your monitor has a response time under 5ms, preferably 2ms.
