Best Video card for current power supply.?
Hi, after a little help please. Looking at buying a new graphics card. Current system specs.
3.6ht processor prescott
2gb ram (557mhz 4x512)
250gb hd sata
network card.dvd drive and floppy
And that's pretty much it, bare bones. Sound onboard etc.
The current power supply is a Delta DPS-410DB
It states it has 410 continuous power and combined amp of 25 on the 12v. It has three 12v lines.
Please tell me my best buy without upgrading the power supple, can I run a 9600gt or an 8800gt etc ??

You might be better off using an 8600gt or a 9500gt. They draw less juice, and don't require the external pci-e connector. If you really have your heart set on an 8800gt, then you should pick up a new power supply at the same time.
