Density Best Memory

Is a 512MB SDRAM chip, with 8 64Mx8 chips, considered Low Density?
I bought a memory module off Ebay, looking for low density for best compatability. The 512 strip I received shows up as 128 in my system. Quick research led me to believe the seller duped me with a high density chip, he replied with the following:
On checking your order details we found that we did shipped you the Low Density memory 512MB PC133 133Mhz SDRAM Memory Module (64x8) - OEM.
Further research is confusing me. The memory module received has 8 chips on one side, and 0 on the back side. No part numbers or marking on the modules.
Anyone here know?
No, low density PC133 512mb would be 32Mx8.
How to tell if your 512MB module is a low or high density module?
* All low density 512MB modules are made with 16 chips (8 chips on each side) using 32Mx8 device.
* Some low density 512MB modules are made with 16 chips (8 chips on each side) using 16Mx16 device.
* All high density 512MB modules are made with 8 chips (8 chips on one side with the other side blank OR 4 chips on each side) using 64Mx8 OR 32Mx16 device.
