Upgrading Ram on ASUS TUA266 M.Board. Ram model: DDR266 PC2100. Unsure about compatible density- high or low?
Hi guys my old pc's motherboard is ASUS TUA266. I want to upgrade the memory. The Ram I am looking for is DDR266 PC2100. But I dont know which type of ram is compatible- high density or low density. The user manual of the motherboard doesnt say anything about it.
Can anybody help me with this? Thanks.
Go to the following link, http://www.crucial.com/uk they can do an on line check which will determine which ram your motherboard supports. They will recommend the optimum amount. You can order on line and although they are not the cheapest it is worth paying for good ram.
