laptop memory?
I recently bought ram memory for my Fujitsu amilo L7300 but it did not fit, right size but slot on ram 1mm out of alignment.spec. of memory 1GB sodimm 200-pin DDR II 400Mhz/ PC2-3200. Fujitsu web site say L7300(archive product) can take 2X 1GB DRR 333/400Mhz sdram So-dimm 200pin. Old memory has CL 2.5 on it, is this where I went wrong..or was it the PC 2700.that was wrong.All memory site say this model can only take 1GB max is this wrong.
The spec is fine. Your problem, as you have discovered, is that not all 200-pin 1 GB DIMMs are the same thing.
Further, I think you have read the documentation incorrectly. It seems to me that you actually can take up to two 512MB DIMMs
