Lots of thick black particles issue forth from next doors chimney coving all our drive in soot, do we have a right to complain?
Yes you do it's all covered by the 1990 Environmental Protection Act. If you haven't already try talking to your neighbours - perhaps they haven't realised the problem!. Failing that the Environmental health department at your local council is obliged to help you.
