Either:

1.) Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H AMD Motherboard
Either:
1.) AMD Phenom 9950 2.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
1.) AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Brisbane 2.8GHz Processor
1.) AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.1GHz Dual-Core Processor
1.) Corsair 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2
1.) Samsung 22X DVDRW SATA
1.) Seagate Barracuda 750GB SATA
1.) Super Talent All-in-one Card Reader
1.) Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3
Would this be a good build for Flight Sim X?
FSX is very CPU-centric, so the faster the CPU the better. I personally have a preference of intel for quality CPU's so I would recommend the GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L and a Core 2 Duo E8400 or E8500.
I like the Antec Sonata III, which comes with an EarthWatts 500w PSU, and I like the Radeon HD 4850.
More RAM, in this instance, is theoretically better so 4GB (2x2) is fine, just make sure it's DDR2-800 not DDR2-667. It's not that noticeable, but it makes a difference.
