1. Is the g skill ram compatible with the motherboard? (one reviewer of the mobo says, it requires a registered ecc memory not fb-dimm. i have no idea what this means, the g-skill doesn't seem to be ecc registered, but it's safe isn't it?)
2. Is there any advantages to the g. skill RAM opposed to the RAM from below link? (Say like Overclocking?) And will it work on my motherboard?
Answer: It is compatible.
G skill is advantageous as it is more stable with a higher latency timing. I merely don't overclock it.
