Why is my Computer Fan making a lot of noise?
I am using an ECS motherboard with a Genuine Intel CPU cooling FAN and it is making a lot of noise. Could it be something wrong with the fan because I just purchased 2 of them and only 1 is making a lot of noise and the other one isn't or could it be somethig else? They are both cooling the same processor (Intel Pentium D 3.4GHz) and they are the same kind of motherboard (ECS P4M800PRO-M) Could anyone please help? It starts off normal and like 2-3 minutes after using it, it starts making a lot of noise. I opened it up and the Fan is turning and working but I dont see nothing wrong
I purhcased a Combo which brought me the motherboard, CPU, Heatsink, and CPU Fan all of it Brand new, I do not have a Modem.
You need to change the fan...it's going bad...
