I accidentally pulled off the front bezel and three cords came off the PWR LED, PWR SW, and HDD LED. I don't know where to plug them in back. I think my motherboard is MS-7207 VER: 1.0. Also the model of the computer is eMachines T6420.
Replacing the cables you accidentally removed should be easy. I have included a link to the manual from MSI if you haven't got it available. You will need to follow the directions closely as putting the wrong cable on the wrong pins could be a problem.

On page 16 you will see the board layout, in the lower right corner you will see JFP1 that is where your cables are to be placed back unto.
Now go to page 38 and you will see JFP1 and the corresponding locations for the cables. Place the cables back on the correct jumpers, MAKE SURE you are looking at the board the correct direction. Also if you look closely you will see the pins are marked with the name of the corresponding cable, such as RESET or POWER SWITCH, usually abbreviated.
Thats it, its that easy.
