My Power Symbol on 360 blinks green?

Here is the problem

1. Power symbol blinks green 2. I can't open the game tray

3. I can't play games 4. When I turn off 360 can is still on

Now I already disconnected it and put it back in but still doesn't work. My Dad thinks something is loose in the game tray. I took great care of that 360. Whats wrong?

Its fucked - thats my proffessional opinion. 360s like to piss all over themselves a die a lot, you should be able to get it repared/replaced for free if you still have warrenty on it. If not it still woudlnt cost too much.
