Printer Not Recognized?
I got a parallel to USB converter for my printer. And now it's not recognized. It shows up as "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" in Device Manager and isn't recognized as a printer. I installed the driver and software and still that doesn't help. What should I do?
Also, please no n00b or obvious answers. Please read the question carefully. I already tried add hardware and everything. I got the driver installed, but the computer doing recognize that a printer is plugged in.

Go in the printer preferences. Go under the PORT menu and make sure you have chosen the correct port for it.
YOur printer should appeard as Virtual
