Hi! I have 2 more days in the country, and I'm mounting a computer, so I need to find a store that sells (because I won't have time to buy it online) a PCI IDE controller card so that I can connect my Pata (IDE) Drives to my Sata-only Motherboard.
I really need a store that sells this PCI IDE Controller Card with at least 2 (3, is possible) ATA Internal Connectors, and if possible too, Vista-Compatible.
The store can be in the DC area, or in Maryland.
By the way, I will test it with a windows 98 HDD, will I have to reinstall windows?

This is your best bet, most IDE / RAID cards have issues supporting boot time this will ensure the drive is bootable.
I'm in nothern VA and there's a micro center off rt66 & nutley and there is one in Rockville MD
Chances are your Win98 install on the hdd will simply fail to boot it and it will hang on the startup screen since it has no idea how to support the majority of the hardware. If the PC has vista it should be able to see the partitions and mount them if you are trying to recover data. Otherwise your best bet is a bootable solution like knoppix, this will show various methods to recover data via knoppix
