Mother Board SATA and IDE raid?
I am going to buy a mother board

and well im giong to get a SATA hard drive and also a SATA dvd drive. But next to SATA raid it does not have anything. What does that mean?
Will SATA DVD and HDD work on that pc?
RAIDs are for data redundancy - like having a back up system if one of your hard drives goes bad.
If you'll only have 1 HDD, then you don't ever need to worry about RAID. Even if you add more, you don't need to worry unless you want to.
The MoBo has 6 SATA connections so yes, they will work assuming your power supply has enough connections to SATA devices.
