Ok, the card is a PCI device. Will it work on your motherboard, Yes.
But for the life of me, why would you? Your motherboard will handle Raid for Sata 300 hard drives, while the card will handle raid for Sata 150 and IDE drives only.
If you're going to setup Raid, use two new Sata hard drives, you'll be glad you did.
