How much for this Cpu?

My cpu is
Inte pentium 4 2.40 ghz
Zebronics Socket 478 motherboard [agp slot]
Intel 82845G on board Graphic controller
64 Mb graphics
i can also give a 256 mb ddr ram
1 cd rw

With this money can i buy a good amd processor and a compatible pcie slot motherboard

yeah sell it for 100-200 dollars and you'll be able to get a good duo core like this

but yeah that desktop is old, i don't know who would buy it unless they knew nothing about computers and saw the 100 dollar price tag and jumped on the deal
