Intel CPU fan not running. No monitor signal.?
Put together new Computer. CPU fan not running, no keyboard, but have power to dvd and mouse. Phase lights all light, and nothing on screen, says no signal.
All connections are fine. No beeping signal.
update: There is no power to Cpu Fan prongs on Motherboard. There is another set of prongs near that say "PWR_FAN" It is a three prong and I don't have any such connection from my power source. Does this need to be connected somehow to get power to cpu-fan.
May be SMPS unservicable remove power suppy main socket from board take small flexible wire insert into third and fourth pin(green and black wire) SMPS should get on and Fan of shold rotate if not rating change your SMPS. if OK
Check Jumper may be not connted properly. try to short by screwdriver at pin base color red SMPS should get start
