Need advice on wireless LAN for home?
I have desktop PC connected to internet via MTNL broadband (Router model Dlink DSL 502T). Recently i purchased a laptop HP 6230. I want to network my PC and Laptop and Printer(Has only USB) should i go for WLAN or can it be possible to network with existing router. Pls sugest good (In range of Rs 2000 to 3000) WLAN router and is there any Wifi printer available in market. And also the range of network cause wifi network shoud be at least 30 mtr.
it is possible to network both. You can even network both printers. Install the program from the router disk on your laptop and desktop. Then when that is finished, network the printer. Go to start, control panel, printers and faxes, then add a printer (from your laptop). Then select network printer (attached to your DESKTOP) then follow the instuctions.
