Why does my LCD Monitor screen goes white when I turn the power off?
I shut off the power and instead of going black, the screen turns white. I am sure that the power is off because the green light is off. I have changed my monitor settings but nothing is working. I've also checked the cables both to the computer and to the power source and only when I unplug it from the power source does it go black.
An LCD screen is white whae the light behind it is on and no signals are going to the LCD elements. So, the power to the electronics is going off, but for some reasson, the power to the bulb isn't.
