Here's the info on the sticker on my power supply. Can someone describe what each thing means, and what are the important info on here that's needed in buying a new power supply?

So far all I know from this is that my computer has a max output of 250 watts, and it's model number.
Thats the voltage and Amp for each power rail on your power supply. The important rail is +12V which provides power for CPU and Graphic card.
Always buy the power supply which has more power than what your system requires.i.e 500W power supply while your system requires 400W.(because the Wattage sticker on power supply shows the peak power not the continuous power).
Your current power supply is not good if you want to upgrade CPU or Graphic card. Some good power supplies are OCZ, Corsair, Cooler Master.
