Can I upgrade my Dell XPS M1530's graphics card?
I want to increase the video memory of my Dell XPS 1530 to 512MB or higher, so that I can play a couple online games smoother. Is this possible, can I do it on my own, or should I have it done by Dell?
Nope sorry. On that model if I'm not mistaken if you order it through Dell either online or over the phone you have a choice of 2 graphics options.
If it's been less than 30 days, return it to Dell and reorder. If your return period has expired, then, unfortunately, it cannot be upgraded. The GPU is soldered to the motherboard, there isn't any MXM slot.
