Is Intel Turbo Memory better than Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T8300 (2.4 GHz 800MHz 3MBL2)?
I am trying figure out what I want for my system component on a Lenovo ThinkPad T61 that I'm planning on ordering. I read about the Intel Turbo Memory and it said that it was pretty much there to help the Vista system run better. I'm planning on having XP Professional installed. I was just wondering if the Turbo Memory would maybe the XP run better just as the Vista? And if it does then what would be a better purchase, which would give me the most for my money? (By the way, they both cost the same) If you need any more details please ask and I will add! Thank you!!
OK, so, there is a 2.GHz processor which would cost nothing but the 2.4 GHz costs extra, so does the Turbo Memory....So would it be better to upgrade the processor or just get the Turbo Memory while having the 2.1 GHz??

Turbo Memory is just that is a Memory not a processor (Core 2 Duo is a processor) If you have Core 2 Duo with Turbo memory then yes that is good. But really your question doesn't make sense.
Thats like saying which is better Bacon or a monitor. They aren't the same thing.
