i need some answer about my memory?
i have a gateway Motion computing tablet Pc M1300 ok i have 256MB on my tablet but when i check system properties General it say's i only got 248MB of Ram do any body know why it say that i only got 248MB of RAM when i really got 256MB and anybody know where i can get a Industrail bump case for my tablet pc thanks
no no no...no. if you your video chip was taking up ram it wouldn't be 8mb. Those are set at 64, 128, and for serious gamers much higher. You may have a bad stick of ram. one of two things, remove it and let it sit on your desk for a few minutes and insert it back in, or sorry to say go buy a new stick of ram. While you are at it, consider buying more ram for your computer.
