How much memory do I need for Macbook Pro?
On a typical day, I will have 4-6 tabs open on Safari, torrenting with Vuze, listening to iTunes with a 1,000 song library, iChat/Adium running, 2-3 doc/pdf files open, and 4 spaces open. Will 2GB RAM be enough to cover this? I don't want to have a hit in speed or performance of any of my apps.
Also, say I also want to use my pen tablet along with Photoshop or Illustrator while using the apps aforementioned above. Will 2GB be still enough?
I don't plan to use VMWare or Parallel...since I dual-boot with Windows.
I was going to say that 2GB would be plenty until I got to the last line. Since you will be setting it up to boot into Windows, you will need at least 3GB. Windows is a resource hog.
