can you explain if what is the meaning of " desktop performance for windows aero?

You cannot really change your rating unless you get new hardware, but since this is a laptop, upgrading is nearly impossible.
The Windows Experience Index is basically an general overview of how well your computer will run (with Aero). A better processor, more RAM, better graphics card, etc will all make this index go up.
If you really want to maximize your rating, you can upgrade to 3 GB RAM, or switch to 64-bit, and go 4+ GB RAM. The processor and graphics for the most part will be difficult to upgrade. You could also get a bigger hard drive which would slightly improve performance, but not drastically.
