I'd say it's a pretty good set up. Hard drive is a bit small but everything else in there is OK.
Edit: Actually the video board that comes with it should be fine with a 450W power supply. The ATI HD 3200 is built into the motherboard and doesn't require any additional power like some higher end video cards but it's not bad for onboard. If you are serious about the latest games then get an add-in video card like a GeForce 9600GT but it will add another $150-$180 to the cost and require a better power supply.
As is you don't need a 750W power supply.
