What is the best way to remember which wires goes where for the motherboard bottom wires?Jumpers wires I think?
I have to take out my motherboard to install a CPU fan and I have to attach a bracket in the back of the motherboard and the wire in the bottom of the board are troublesome to deal with.
Is it possibly to leave it attach?
Or
is there a way to remember the connection easily?

Best bet is to label them or draw diagram of their current layout (as mentioned). You could also use a digital camera to take a photo or 2 of the layout and print it to see the picture of the layout.
