ok some1 told me i need a pci card cuz i cant connnect to the net cuz i acnt get the drivers for my ethernet what is a pci card what should i pay for 1 & will the solve my prob. thx....
i dunno what none of that stuff mean all i know is i have errors by my ethernet controller thing & i cant download the drivers so i was told 2 get a pci card i have a acer t180 that came with vista i uninstalled it & put xp & now no net
a pci Ethernet card should be anywhere from $5 - $50 depending on if you get a name brand one. you don't have to buy a name brand one however i would read the reviews if you don't to see how people like it and to see how it works and it should be plug and play which means no drivers go to www.tigerdirect.com or www.newegg.com and search for one
