Yeah youll be able to play all those games. Crysis youll be able to play at medium at 1280x720 with a playable framerate. COD6 is not that demanding so youll easily be able to play that.
The GTS 250 is more equivalent to a 9800GT. Id suggest a better video card though like a 5770 or a GTX 460.
