I have a laptop with PCMCIA port. I don't have any internet connetion (I mean broadband connection and router.).But There are several other unsecured network available in my apartment. So I connect to them free of cost whenever I need internet access.
But sometimes the signal strength is week. How can I increase the signal strength such that it will work excellent.(without router and a broadband connection.)
I think I need something which will increase the range of my wireless network adapter. How can I do it?

What you are describing is "Theft". If you don't own the ISP service and use the network without permission, YOU ARE GUILTY.
