I have a Gateway Solo 5300 laptop with Windows XP with a PCMCIA card for internet accesss, and no signal.?
When I use my laptop in certain location, I get no signal with my notebook card insert in the cardbus. But when my friend used his computer with a built-in wireless he gets network signal and can access the internet. Can you tell me why he gets signal and I can't? Is it because he has his wireless integrated and I am not?
use another wifi card and take a try, if it can, then your card wrong, or same, you should check your xp system
