Ok well the graphics card is on-board for one thing.
the computer turns on but there is no signal input (no video on screen thats what it says). I took the battery out of the motherboard for like a minute didnt change anything. Someone suggested i plug in my 4 pin cpu chord but when i do the computer wont turn on. (this is different from the 4 pin ATX one this goes in a different slot). So im guessing the problems are related? Please help so i hopefully dont have to RMA my board =/

You obviously should double check to make sure the monitor is plugged in tight (make sure you didn't bend any pins plugging it in, I've seen that a lot).
There is a 4 PIN ATX cord, that I always plug into my mother board and I've never had a problem. I think it gives more power to the mother board, but I'm not sure it's vital.
