do i have to apply for my full driving license or do they just post it to you when you pass?
i passed my practical driving test yesterday and was given a test pass certificate. do i have to apply for my full license with the photo card or will they just post it to me.
Most driving examiners now retain your provisional and your full licence is posted to you.
If you received a pass certificate, you have to fill in the declaration and post it to DVLA, you'll get the licence in 3 to 4 weeks.
