How can I install a processor attached to the heat sink?
I'm not an expert but I know how to install a processor. But will I damage it if I try to install it attached to the heat sink?
Likely, yes.
If it is stuck to the heatsink with thermal paste, you likely will not be able to properly align the CPU with the socket and will end up bending pins.
You should install the processor in the socket first, apply thermal paste to the CPU and then attach the heatsink.
